This offering will help your organization develop an effective green committee by creating an environmental mission statement, defining your top green objectives, and identifying best practices for engaging your employees around sustainability. Green Committee Development will include all pieces of the Zero Waste Launch program. In addition, Matt Courtland will facilitate the development of your green team by:
- Educating members on the triple bottom line and sustainable business models
- Developing green committee leadership and strategy
- Conducting and reviewing an Eco-position™ evaluation
- Working with members to develop an environmental mission statement
- Assist members in defining your top three sustainability goals
- Aiding in the creation of an implementation plan for your top three goals
- Providing two follow-up visits to assess the programs
